Yoga Teacher Training Course

Hatha Vinyasa Course

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a combination of Vinyasas (a series of connected movements through breath), Asanas (poses), Pranayama (conscious breathing), Meditation, and Relaxation. The main difference between Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga is the pace and the goal of the practice. Hatha Yoga is designed to align and calm your Body, Mind and Spirit. Vinyasa increases body heat, sweat, and builds strength. Hatha Yoga’s static postures (Asana) are great for beginners. Hatha a gentle, yet physically and mentally challenging.  Vinyasa Flow is vigorous. In Vinyasa Flow you work hard and break a sweat.

Gain Detailed Knowledge in these 9 Areas:

Asana, Hands-On Adjustments, Body Alignment, Modifications, Bandha, Pranayama, Kriya, Meditation, & Teaching Practice.

Through the use of creative hands-on adjustments, each student learns to explore and discover their optimum physical alignment in each pose, enabling them to receive the greatest benefit from every class.

Ananda Yoga Paradise teacher training (1) enhances each student physical health with Asanas that build strength, based on proper body alignment. (2) gently adjusts the body to stretch, open, and expand to its full potential in each Asana; (3) relax, expand, and deepen the students breathing with Pranayama Techniques; (4) experience tranquility through meditation; (5) enrich their knowledge of Yoga Philosophy by exploring various Sacred Texts; and (6) the art of connecting to one’s Heart, Soul, and Spirit through chanting sacred Mantras.

100 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Course is ideal for people with limited time, who want to deepen their practice, but not necessarily teach, or who wish to add additional hours onto pre-existing teaching certification.
