Parichat Andraes (Kru. Apple), the Owner & Director of Ananda Yoga Paradise in Chiang Mai, Thailand, is a highly skilled Yogi, Teacher & Healer. Born into an illustrious Thai family, she has practiced Buddhism, Yoga, Thai Dance & Meditation since childhood. As a result, Apple infuses Buddhism & Yogic Philosophy into her Practice, Classes, Workshops, & Teacher Trainings.

Kru Apple blends her knowledge of Human Anatomy/Physiology, (Masters Degree in Nursing from Chiang Mai University) and knowledge of Meditation & Human Energy Anatomy, (Bachelor of Buddhism from Dhammakaya Open University, USA) with advanced skills & education as a Master Yoga Teacher.

From 2011-2016, she studied Hatha Yoga with Master Maruti Jagat Jagatap, and attended workshops and seminars with all of Thailand’s top teachers, and many Yoga Masters from the West. She is certified RYT 500 & E-RYT 200 from Yoga Alliance, USA.

Kru Apple was Assistant Teacher with Yoga Master Anup Gupta of ‘Ananda Yoga Shala’ in Rishikesh, India from 2018-2019.

Yogi Kamal Singh, a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500, was born & raised in Rishikesh, India, the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’. Following the strict instructions from his Guru, Yogi Kamal traveled the country for five years, studying with yoga masters all over India.

Yogi Kamal Singh is internationally reknown for his energetic & motivating Ashtanga classes at ‘Tattvaa Yoga Shala’ in Rishikesh.

A class with Yogi Kamal Singh includes powerful adjustments which safely teach students the depths of each Asana. Students come from all over the world to take his classes, and commonly practice with him for one or more months at a time. The results are often profound. Students have returned home with straighter backs and clearer minds. Yogi Kamal Singh conducts teacher trainings (TTC) and workshops internationally during the Indian off-season.

Aman Gupta

Aman Gupta is a highly skilled Yoga Instructor and Therapist from Rishikesh. He began Yoga in childhood and earned his Masters Degree of Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, plus Certification in Yoga & Alternative Therapy from Yoga Dev Sanskriti University. A Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, and featured at Rishikesh’s famed ‘International Yoga Festival’, Aman shares the knowledge of Hatha, Astanga, Vinyasa, Acro Yoga, and Yoga Therapy he’s learned from his Guru, with aspiring yogi’s worldwide.

Sachin Chauhan

Sachin Chauhan is highly-skilled Yogi & Yoga Teacher from Rishikesh, India. He is certified in ‘Hatha Yoga’, ‘Ashtanga Vinyasa’ and ‘Iyengar Yoga’.

Sachin earned his Bachelor Degree of Arts (B.A.). He earned his ‘Hatha Yoga’ certification’ from Sri Jairam Sanskrit Mahavidhyalaya University. He is certified in ‘Hatha Yoga’ from Yog Ved Niketan Swargashram in Rishikesh, ‘Iyengar Yoga’ from ‘Yoga Study Center’ in Rishikesh, and ‘Shivananda Yoga’.

Sachin is deep and clear. A natural, and highly-skilled teaching ‘Hatha Yoga’, ‘Vinyasa Flow’, Yoga for stress, Alignment, and Yoga for menstruation.

Kru. Noom

Kru. Noom earned his Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (BSPS) from Chiangmai University. He is also a Yoga Teacher, certified by ‘Bangkok Yoga’, in Thailand, and ‘Iyengar Yoga’ in Rishikesh, India.

His interests include Nutrition, Ayurveda, and Thai Alternative Medicine. He believes the aim of Yoga is to balance body & mind, and to learn from within. He blends all his knowledge into his Yoga practice, and specializes in teaching ‘Yoga Anatomy & Physiology’.

He is the owner of ‘Yoga Home by Kru Noom’, which teaches ‘Yoga Anatomy’ at yoga studios, hospitals, and companies all over Thailand. His classes make Anatomy easy to understand, and teach us the power of structural alignment & how to practice yoga safely.
